*Please Note: All layouts on the paper will depend on whether photos supplied are able to be placed in the format desired by the client. Placement of poses/animals will be up to the artists discretion for the final layout on the paper. Detailed backgrounds will be extra and will depend on the complexity of the background.
*The matted size is the size that you will need a frame for. I do not provide frames.
All portraits are composed with charcoal on acid free archival quality paper, then spray coated with a matte fixative.
All portraits come with a plain white mat at no extra charge.

Forms of payment accepted and payment terms:
I accept credit cards through Paypal, cashier's checks (bank checks), or money orders.
I require a 50% deposit to begin the portrait. Upon completion of the portrait, the balance as well as shipping fee is to be paid before the finished portrait will be shipped.

Commissioning a custom portrait:
Please email me at [email protected] for questions, or if you are ready to commission a portrait.
I will need 1 or more close up and clear photos of each pet/pose that you want in the portrait. You may email me high resolution (large size) digital copies of the photos, or provide me with the originals, or good copies via standard mail.
If you are unsure of what pose you would like, send me photos and we can decide together.
Once the layout is decided upon and I receive the 50% deposit, I will start the portrait.

This can be anywhere from 2-6 weeks, depending on my workload at the time. The holiday season can be extremely busy, so please have your orders in ASAP. If you need a portrait for a special occasion and have a deadline, please let me know of the deadline and allow plenty of time for completion as well as shipping so that I may accommodate your needs
